TOILET SOAP WRAPPERS

We improved obsolete systems of second-hand wrappers with new systems such as suction-cup rotary turrets on C&M P22 and EMP registration devices on ACMA 791.

We tailor make the machines to meet the Customer's needs by adding the newly developed groups or existing optional groups like precut sheet feed from magazine, cold-glue device and splicers.

ACMA 711

The ACMA 711 Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap both rectangular and oval bars with or without side band at a speed up to 160-180 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

ACMA 791
The ACMA 791 Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap both rectangular and oval bars with or without side band.
It can be supplied in two models:
One lane infeed with suction-cup assembly for a speed up-to 220 wraps per minute.
Dual lane infeed with suction-cup assembly for a speed up-to 250 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

ACMA 771
The ACMA 771 Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap both rectangular and oval bars with or without side band at a speed up to 450 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

ACMA 761/V
The ACMA 761/V Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap rectangular bars with side band at a speed up to 120 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

ACMA 781
The ACMA 781 Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap rectangular laundry and toilet soaps with side band at a speed from 80 to 110 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from polyethylene, PVC or heat sealing paper reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

ACMA 721
The ACMA 721 "ALULA" Machine can be used for wrapping and/or overwrapping naked or wrapped/cartooned soap bars.
When properly (manually) fed it can wrap bundles; it cannot form bundles of two/three layers but can wrap bundles of two/three layers if layers are manually done on its infeed conveyor.
Operating speed is 50 wraps per minute when the bundle consists of one layer, 30 wraps per minute for multi-layer bundles.
The paper feeding is from heat sealable film reels such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVC. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

Carle & Montanari P22
The C&M P22 Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap both rectangular and oval bars with or without side band at a speed up to 160/200 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

GD 4000/S
GD 4000/S Soap Wrapping Machine is suitable to wrap hotel (minimum thickness: 10mm), toilet and laundry rectangular soaps with side band at a speed from 70 to 80 wraps per minute.
The paper feeding is from heat sealing reel. The wrapping style is double-point end fold.

BOPP KITS
We first in developing the BOPP kit for Colgate's Botanical Translucent soap bars.
We supply complete kits for the use of Bi-Oriented Co-Extruded Polypropylene (BOPP) film.
The "BOPP kit" generally improves the wrap even when using heat-sealable paper since the friction between the moving wrapped bars and the fixed side heating elements is eliminated by the use of movable Teflon belts and separate independent drives which remove the wrapped bars from the sealing zone when the wrapper is stopped.
